Clear violation of the FDCPA laws. The BBB can take the complaint, but it may do little or no good though it will be left on file for the public to see providing its a real and legitimate company. They will also keep records of complaints of fake company's as well and usually have alerts on those. So it doesn't hurt, but you need to keep recordings and a notebook with details.
