Calling for "HT Construction" which in the course of the call soon became "Home Touch Construction."
The phone number is spoofed. Dialing back 714-626-7889 gets [beep Beep BEEP!] "The number you have dialed is not in service..." Spoofing numbers is a Federal violation. (Go, Feds! uh... Feds???)

This license is exempt from having workers compensation insurance; they certified that they have no employees at this time.
(In other words -- it's nothing but a call center or referral service. The actual work is farmed out to a local contractor. This is how they can afford to be based on one side of LA and do contracting 60 or 80 miles away -- they don't actually travel that far.)
