JM, the problem is that they don't care about the DNC list. They don't care about you reporting them either. The Gov't can't keep up with the problem of them using spoofed numbers. The best way to stop them is to not answer numbers you don't recognize or block them if they call more than once from the same number.
The caller, AMERICANCOMFORT ( displayed as ID on r phone ), called us @17:51 while I was talking to my friend next town. About 50 minutes later, I returned the call hiding my number. The man, Brian answered, he said he didn't call me. I told him he called many people last 4 months . ( According www.800notes.com. ) . This number has been used since 02.07.2015. I told him " Please do not call again, Thanks. "
