I too received a call this morning - didn't answer.

It's Kaiser Permanente.

It's kaiser permanente. Called me twice but didnt leave a message, which is weird.

It's Kaiser Permanente's appointment reminder. It usually will not leave a message because if its a home phone number, then they don't want the patient's privacy to be violated. For example, if you have house guests, then you wouldn't want them to hear about your proctology appointment on a message.

I got called this am  Did not answer. Have no dealings with them. Maybe a wrong number on their part?
