They keep calling every day. I tell them to take me off list. they say "oh, so sorry, I will" then call the next day. Say----we spoke to you a year ago and calling back----like you asked. Untrue.
why don't these stupid telemarketer check the news one of our local residents was just convicted of violation of the dnc list 1.1 million fine (orange county register sat feb 24 2012 first page local section)
Keep getting calls stating we told them last year to call this year to get some work done on our house. There have been several of this same person calling. We are on do not call list.
Male called several minutes ago and acted like he knew me. Said he talked to me last January about home improvement projects. I said "we are on the do not call list. Please take our number off your list." He hung up before I completed my message. Made me grumpy.
They are using the deception that I told them to call back in six months or a year, because that clears them of the DNC rules. I NEVER ask them to call back. If I want construction work done I will use the contractor who did work for me before, not just someone unknown who calls on the phone. Caller ID showed "California" with phone number.
