Phone rang three times and spouse heard a click connecting to a call center, so he hung up.  Called back and got CALL SUBSCRIBER IS NOT AVAILABLE.  PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE AFTER THE TONE.  Have reported to N***R***.

Yep a new scammer - they hung up without leaving a message

5/04/16 17:59 PDT  Tried to call this PM.  As usual, no ID and unknown number.  No mesage left.  Will be adding to blocker.

5/05/16 9:19 PDT  Call blocker seems to be working.  Was out when this attempt to call was made, but obviously, couldn't leave a message and there is still no ID.
