Same here. The man says he sent me documentation about an old debt that his company is the collector for. He started calling two weeks ago and said I should have received the documentation by now. I told him I had no documentation and would not talk to him without correspondence by mail demonstrating his claim to the debt. He said he would send it. Nothing. Today he calls again. I don't know how to get him to stop but I plan to call the Attorney General's office.
Same here calling for someone else everyday. And they will say they never have called me. Told me call my phone company and tell them they have it listed wrong in the phone because he is still going to call me. My phone number is a cell phone and is not in the phone book. How can i stop them calling me ever hour. I us this phone for my work also.
I'm disputing fraudulent things on my credit report and suddenly I have a charge on my credit reports for $1600! To a company I definitely do not owe money to!! Now these guys are calling and harassing me
This "Robert" character had my previous address, my current address, my place of employment, my last 4 of my SS#, and my month and year of my birth but hmm for some reason did not know the day I was born. This loser needs a real job and needs to stop trying to prey off innocent people. F' in scumbag.
I recently received a call from this a' hole so I checked my credit report and coincidentally I have a hard inquiry from a place called (Yorkshire properties) in Brea, California and I live in CT this inquiry was from Feb 11 2015 and I never noticed until just yesterday. This is the time that these rejects will try to scam hard working citizens out of their hard earned money due to the fact of this is when most income tax returns are file and received. It is actually a good thing in a slight wat that I have no so great credit due to financial hardship because this piece of work probably would have taken me for a ride so to speak. When he called he knew certain information which was pretty scary but u can find just about anything online, but there were certain things he did not know like my full date of birth and any legit company would have that. This sheisty individual was trying to get me to relinquish my debit card number which did not work but just trying to inform Innocent people to beware.
