These guys are relentless. I may have to resort to the fake appointment at the empty house next door and get the vehicle info from the security camera to prosecute them. This has worked on several occasions in the past. In my city we have a group of retired guys that love doing this trick to get rid of these scumbags. One of them is a lawyer, so he makes sure they get the worst possible results.
Didn't answer....Have blocked the number.
*We've fixed, painted & added a room on the house. *We've voted for everyone we are going to vote for. *Our computer works fine. *We don't want to travel anywhere. *We don't want or need to win anything. *We don't care if our children or grandchildren are in jail- we're still not sending money. *We're not behind in filing or paying the IRS any money. *We don't need a "Help I've Fallen & Can't Get Up" system nor an alarm system. *Not interested in learning another language. *We don’t need a loan. *We already know that we do not have relatives leaving us a fortune. *If you're taking a survey-we have 'no comment'. *Our cable company works fine for us. *We’re not interested in Solar - we use candles and flashlights. *If we've forgotten something here the answer is always "NO, GO AWAY".... in other words, there is nothing we need from anyone - and nothing we plan to give to scammers.
ID says: "Yorba Linda CA"..... Caller ignored the screener's warning, and said / did nothing as instructed by call blocker. Call, say nothing, ignore the screener's warning, and you get blocked! All scammers and unknown, unspeaking callers get blocked forever! Good riddance!
Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Local" which probably means telemarketer/scammer since everyone I know leaves a message. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all were blocked for a person or business name and the only information was a general location of Yorba Linda, California using 3 service providers of 360 Networks(USA) Inc.-CA , AT&T California , and Pacific Bell. This is definitely a scammer that is either spoofing numbers and/or using a Voip system while phishing for personal information and running some scam ( i.e. Duct Cleaning Service etc. ). A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking a trace. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use and possibly farming out numbers too.
Same as many others above. Received a call from this number. Local was the only Caller ID shown. Picked up and listened to the blank sound on the other end signaling that it was a robo caller waiting for me to make a noise. I'm on the do not call list. I'd report this number, but I've already reported five others this week and I'm sure the government can't keep up. I think I'm going to go vigilante with a siren or whistle next time.
