"clean energy alliance" is the name on the greetings when I called back after I declined the call on my cell.

Thursday 03 September 2015 -- 8:26 am -- Caller ID said "Yorba Linda CA". No message was left. Per comments (several sites), caller is telemarketing for "clean energy". Clearly considering spam.

Caller ID was "unknown name". This is another Clean Energy Solar telemarketer. They just keep changing the phone number. Technology has allowed telemarketers to call thousands of numbers at less than a penny each. They can spoof the caller ID and no longer care about the "Do Not Call List". By the way, the Do Not Call List is now 12 years old. They receive millions and millions of complaints but like other Government agencies, they get tax money but don't work as advertised.
