I also received this same message but it was not pre recorded because I was home when it came through. Very upsetting.... Have many health issues and do NOT need anymore stress.
This person called me 3 times during work hours while I was with customers then lwft a threatening message saying that a judgment was filed against me and that I would be Arressted within the hour. When I returned her call she would not tell me what this was about and when I asked he what business this was she wouldn't tell me I told her by looking up the number it was a cell phone out of California and she immediately got belligerent and screamed at me and hung up
I am a 62 year old female . I received this call Feb. 25 an was so upset , Said the police would be to pick me up in 45 Min . Know one showed up . I was so upset I was having chest pains . Is this true or is it a scam. Please some one let me know if this is a scam
It is a scam and/or a highly illegal debt collection attempt utilizing extortion tactics. Report the call to your State's Attorney General and the FTC.
