Who called from 7147060552

Josh from a solar power spammer. Asked for a relative by name.

Ok these people called me 2 days in a row.
The first one was like "Hello" after I had answered and he said "Hi my name is Carlos, and i'm calling from..." and hangs up.
The second one answered and hung up before introducing himself.
Maybe these people are trying to get back at us for hanging up on them!

have received 2 calls already this week from this number, when I answer i get a message saying it is a collect call, but caller will not say his name.

Received 2 calls this week from this same number, but they never left a message.

These people call my father at all hours.  He is blind and my mother just passed away.  He feels he is being harassed.  These people need to stop!!!! They hang up when he answers the phone. The first time the caller identified themselves  as Carlos and Dad hung up on them and that is when the calls began.
