All a scam, but they use false names. They are not real people and they are selling fake and phony payday loan portfolios purchased by Joel Tucker.

Worse yet, they have graduated to changing the PDL portfolios over to fake HSBC or Capital One portfolios.

They need to be stopped but until scummy collection agencies stop buying, these guys will stay in business.

Douglas and Laure Lowe are also involved with this somehow, live on Deeboyer Ave in Lakewood, CA. Also, a Camille Martin and a Duane Martin are involved. Camille is in Rancho Coucamunga and Duane is in Colorado Springs.
