Who called from 7147294567

This phonenumber called me , left no message. i called it back and its says its a magic jack customer( I know ) and that he or she cant recive any more messages yet the beeb still gos trough

I recieved a call from this number yesterday. The man on the other end, knew my name and the name of my street.
It didn't sound right by the questions that were being asked so I asked him to call me back. He did not call back.

Might be a scam artist phishing
