The man who called said I was going to be pulled into court because somebody used me as a reference. I told him do whatever he needed to do as I have no financial arrangement with anyone and have signed nothing, etc. etc. He was a real jerk. And as what he said made no legal sense, I just kept telling him "I don't know what the hell you are saying.". I called back the number and informed him I was going to file a report with the authorities if he called again.
He tried to call back after I hung up using a blocked number. I am now going to report this to the police and the Public Utilities Commission.
I got a call from Ricky williams stating that he was calling for arrowhead investments who filed a cliam against me for 600 dollars. he asked for photo id, drivers' license and credit card info and that i should fax it over in 2 days. he said he email the file and provided me with a file number and for arrowhead. i have some doubts about this. has anyone else got anything similar?
Yes! About 3 weeks ago, I got a call saying they were from Arrowhead. An officer James Anderson and then a lady got on the phone Officer (forgot her name). They were quite threatening. They stated if I did not do a check over the phone immediately, they would see me in court. Today they called again and stated they were with United Financial. I even went as far as to call our local police dept....they had nothing where anyone has filed anything against me. They wanted a checking account number so they could get 300.00 out of my account. The next time they call, I am going to ask so which company do you work for today - Arrowhead or United Financial?!
the same thing happened to me today saying they were with united financial services. There was a claim filed against me and it would be in my best interest to give them they information they needed or this will all unfold on me in court. he was very rude and derogatory. I blocked the number after calling the local police who said it is a fraud scam.
