Maybe if a presidential candidate should come up with a plan for legislation that actually worked against telemarketers. Pretty sure people would cross party lines to vote the person in, lol
Called 6/15/16 at 4:45 pm PDT. Caller ID showed "Buena Park CA". Previously called on 6/10 but then showed area code as 734, now 714. No message left when answering machine came on.
Caller didn't leave a message but stayed on the line breathing heavy until my machine hung up. The caller id said "Out of Area" which usually means telemarketer/scammer. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all were blocked for a person or business name and the only information was a general location of Buena Park, California with a service provider of 01 Communications Inc.-CA which is a favorite service for scammers. This is definitely a scammer that is either spoofing numbers and/or using a VoIP System to phish for personal information while running some scam. A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking a trace. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use and possibly farming out numbers too.
