I received a call from this number this morning. A recorded message said, "Do not hang up". So, of course I hung up.

(never press a key to "have your number removed from our list", as they use it as an indication that your number is active and they will sell it to their other telemarketer scum friends).

Got a call and a silent voicemail from these a-holes.
If you're gonna leave silent voicemails, at least breathe heavily so I can feel I have a stalker.

Called today at noon.  Really LONG recorded message about solar.  Added them to my blocked numbers list.
