Calls but I answer and then hang up

They called my home phone.  Caller Id says  DBH.  No message.

This is a new one to me.  Don't know DBH so didn't answer.  No message of course.

left a recording about a federal mortgage program.

Called again and caller ID says DBH.  If anyone buys ANYTHING from these people, they deserve whatever happens with the inferior product or crap they get!  I'm getting ready to pull the plug on this phone and let the friends and relatives know that the cell is the only want anymore because of the phone companies not caring about the public, just the bucks they make from the many lines these spoofers use....MORE GREED DRIVEN CRAP!!!!
