ID says: "City of Anaheim".....  Cross check showed this info: Anaheim Housing Counseling Agency, gcontreras. Fax machine. Caller ignored the screener's warning, and said / did nothing as instructed by call blocker. Call, say nothing, ignore the screener's warning, and you get blocked! Looks like a mortgage scam. All scammers and unknown, unspeaking callers get blocked forever!  Good riddance!
