Keep getting calls, caller ID shows it as "GCI", but they never speak and just hang up. I called it back and a recording came on saying GCI is a provider of energy efficiency products (solar panels, energy efficient windows, etc). "All agents are busy helping other customers, but if you would like more information, please leave your name and number. If you would like to be removed from our caller list, please leave your name and number, so we can locate you in our records." This is CRAZY.
Have received a number of calls with no message left. They called me today at 9:45 am on a SUNDAY! I answered, they asked if I was (my first name). I asked who was calling, without answering yes or no, and even though I had their info on my caller ID, and they hung up. I'm on the DNC list, and am still getting solicitation calls. Lot of good it does!

a company specializing in energy products....Carmen in "customer service" (714-373-8545 ext: 269 ) said it "might have been our telemarketing dept."
She took my number and said she was going to "go tell whoever called it to not call again"
You can email donot.call.com and file a complaint regarding this company I believe they also use to be Verengo solar energy company. Caller was male pretending to be SCEdison when pressed he hung up. Tried calling back and only got answering machine. Reports these bozos!
