I received a call from this number and when I answered they hung up. I waited a minute and called the number back. It was obviously a call center environment because I could hear many more voices in the background. The guy who answered rattled off some name so quickly that I couldn't understand him so I asked him where I had reached and he said 411 Locals and started mentioning that they are an internet information company. I told him that I had the wrong number and hung up. Could be a collector but I can't say for sure as it doesn't make any sense that they would call a business.
