One of the fake charity calls, they use that "Is so and so there?" When told they have the wrong number "Well maybe you can help me".
Never donate to any "charity" calling you on the phone, these are call centers set up to give 1 or 2 cents out of every dollar to the charity to keep themselves legal and pocket the rest for "expenses" (in other words to make themselves rich).
