It is not weird that you got a disconnection announcement. The company does not receive incoming calls. If you blocked their number they just program another number to get through.
Caller said they were from solar company offering a free "price consultation". I asked her if this was a sales call and she said no, it was a free consultation. They talk right over you. I blocked the number.

A company using sophisticated computer program called. Woman with US accent asked if I was homeowner then asked all these questions. I had to repeat myself many times to get the name of the company which "she" or the computer program said was US Solar Pricing Center. I have received other calls from companies such as Freedom Solar from Lake Elsinore, CA, who also illegally telemarket. I don't know how they got my number.
