Probably a bottom feeder a hole. set your phone to reject and log the number in as A holes. your phone will not ring and it will disconnect. They all should be water bordered and thrown out of the country. nothing but greedy people and scam artist.
This number is Directv for business. They don't take no for an answer. Also blocking your number and calling back to see who it is doesn't work. How is that possible?
