annoyed person
About 714-795-5280, they tried to badger me several times with bits of information that they could get from a credit report. I told them I dont know what you are talking about, my identity was stolen in the past, AND there are other people with this name, so please dont call me again, you have the wrong #. I put the number to go straight to voice mail. They persisted in calling, leaving messages about lawsuits, then "a formal complaint has been registered against you". HAH! I called them back and told them I was registering a formal complaint with the FTC against them because I asked them not to call my number, and they have persisted, AND I am on the do not call list. The man who answered could see my number on his caller ID, and he said I am sorry, I don't know why your number was not taken off, I will delete it now. I said Thank you, and goodbye.

Report them:  http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection

Also report them to your local attorney general

If they continue to call you tell them you'll make a complaint of extortion with the local police department.   Tell them loudly and harshly, that's the only language they understand.

See if you can get your employer to install a call blocker.
