Called cell phone and home phone at same time....asks for me the homeowner.....I say not home.....other times I say we rent......they are persistent

asked to speak to the homeowner. The homeowner is very ill and in the hospital (I'm his daughter). He then asked me "WHY?" And then more questions. Super weird, creepy and persistent.

This is a Verizon cell phone. Possibly they are spoofing the number.
