I received a call while on my job from someone who stated their name was Johnathan Chambers. When I asked what Apex was he hung up in my face, so I called the number and was transferred to him, he was EXTREMELY rude and hung up on me again. I called back and asked how he got my job number and why weren't they calling me on my cell, he stated that's what they did; search for employer information. He was apparently calling re a cardiology visit which should have been covered by my insurance.
Received a call today (3/18/08). Caller rattled the name of some person of who she was supposedly calling. The name on the caller ID said Account Mgmt. Svc. I explained that there was no one here by the name of the person she requested. She was rude. It sounded like a collection agency.
