However, I got 2 calls from this number in one day. First one left a robot message about membership renewal and left a call back number of 877-470-1231. The second call a woman asked for me by name and said my doctor (which she said by name) has a message for me and left a call back number of 888-588-2800. Since I'm skeptical about strange phone numbers, I called Kaiser Membership services and they said both call back numbers are not theirs. And so there is now an investigation into this matter of why someone is spoofing their number and has personal information from Kaiser.
