Who called from 7148440125

i'm not so sure about it being time warner.

i would LOVE to have an alternate to cox so we'd maybe have some competition, but time warner is not available in our area.  why would they market to me?

caller id says "PHES."  any of that have anything to do with time warner?

Number just called with phone ID: CCI.  Didn't answer call.  But, I did call this number and a recording said, "did you receive a call from us, we are a Green Energy Co and we want to help you reduce your home energy costs.  If you want to be removed from receiving  future calls, please press one"

Called home LAN line.  No one on other side.  Blocked with *60.  Filing complaint with FCC and DNC.

A great alternative to Cox is AT&T U-verse, if it's available in your area.  I've had it for almost a year with no issues.

This number called my land line; left no message.
