This is a "test" call from a marketing firm. Their system is programmed to "test" active lines or lines where someone answers. The following day, or even an hour or two later, another telemarketer attempts to get through because the prior system test told them the number is active.
In our case, both the test caller and the long-distance followup caller are both blocked because our list is so long it exceeds ten pages of different blocked numbers.
Probably a robocall; telemarketer/SCAM. Has called multiple times in two days, does not leave message on answering machine-now blocked (on Panasonic phone).
I was called by this phone number 4 times in the last two days. The last two calls were at 8:18 p.m. and 8:54 p.m. I let the first 3 calls go to voice mail - no message. I finally picked up the 8:54 p.m. call but there was only silence on the other end. CID: unknown name.
