Calmed to be calling for a co "legal dept" looking for my brother. Harasses me, wants me to contact him for them. Wants to send mail to him at my home. i suggested they send it to his current address Rose Hills. I'm not sure how many times I need to convay this info to them.

Received call for first time today Feb 14, left a robotized, poorly made, partial/cut-off voice message stating "you were not available today and this call is in regards to a complaint please immediately contact 844-877-9461 again the number is 844-877-9461 good-bye" (a quick search of 844-toll-free prefix and I see lot of info that this is commonly used by financial/legal scammers)

Not likely a legitimate call, but could be a collection agency? I don't have any unresolved outstanding bills on my credit report at this point (but I did have a lot of financial difficulties due to the Recession and so have quite a lot of experience with these types of calls, unfortunately) and cannot for the life of me imagine any other type of "complaint", so I cannot say that this is a truly legitimate call. Any legitimate legal or financial agency calls will typically include ALL the information you need - your "case" number, or reference number, the name of the agency, etc - and often even bogus callers will include that info to try to trick you. This sounds like a scam, perhaps trying to get your personal information (like your Social Security number etc) or trying to collect on an old debt which has already been resolved or discharged ( a lot of unscrupulous bill collectors get ahold of old information and try to convince you that you still owe a debt, when you have actually already taken care of it... they hope you will have forgotten or be confused).
Calling continuously myself and acquaintances from years earlier. When I spoke with thenm the lady verbally abused me. I asked her not to call again and she told me that I would be a no show at court. Within 5 minutes she called my sisters ex in laws from over 25 years ago.
