T mobile has gotten obnoxious ... constant calls and text messages if you don't pay the bill immediately ... then a $20 re-activation fee ... these sh.theads are a pain in the @ss.
I agree! they are obnoxious. They just don't stop with the calls and text messages. It feels almost I'm being held hostage by a company who to them, I just represent a dollar amount. So, anyone for a class action?
I think T-mobile has outsourced "collections" to 3rd party who harrasses you for not paying on time ... it is really an obnoxious way to treat the customer.
