A guy called, introduced himself as Charles, said he was a calling on a photo copier, when I repeated the words photo copier, he hung up. Company name was Western Service according to caller ID.
Called and said he was with customer service and was checking into our copiers. They went into a speal about how the prices of our toner cartridges went up and wanted to send us some replacements now at the old price. When I asked what company he was calling from he said Nationwide. When I said we do not use them he hung up on me.
Got a call from (714)884-3346. We are calling about your copier and asks me to get a 4 digit number off the machine. I fell for this request and found the only number I saw which was the model number and he said they need to send us the other toner cartridge since it was on back order. I order the cartridges and realized this is not from the company we are contracted with. I asked who he was with and I told him we don't order from them. He then proceeded to call me a f**ker more than once and said he can get another hooker anywhere. I was so discusted I hung up on him.
