This is a form of social terrorism! I have given up my fax line and am ready to retire altogether. Phones will become obsolete because of this. Just don't answer unknown calls!
A person said "goodbye" and hung up. I called it back and actually got a voice message recording that they were unable to get the call and to leave a message.
Have received several calls from this number. When I answer It says "Good bye" and disconnects. Have tried calling the number back but just get a busy signal.
