CID is GCI Solar.  Called and was not blocked so I picked up and hung up.   So the. Guy calls right back..    Told him 1) my number is registered with DNC, 2) put me on their internal DNC list, 3) provide me with a written copy of the company's DNC policies and manual.  Additional info:  company is located in Huntington beach, Killion Solar is DBA GCI Solar.  Secretary of State web site lists different agents for service of process for each company name.
