This number has been calling my phone for months. I finally put it on the auto-reject on my cell phone. They call 1-2 times per day. At this point, it's harassment.
The last time I answered this call it said for credit card services "you currently have no problems with your account, but stay on the line for an offer..."
Has called 3 times in last 2 days. Shows Midway City, CA. I do not answer unknown callers. Another Phone search site "stopting" says "The call should not be answered". and site "Every Caller" says it is Charter. Who knows, they never leave a message
