Apparently the poster was unable to read the instructions above the post box:
"Describe your experience with calls from this number. Anything you know about the caller or the number that might help others is especially welcome."
Therefore "No Comment" is in no way helpful.
Maybe the instructions should be in blinking, flaming purple?
