I received several call from a Darryl Strickland and a Shawn Green stating that I owed an old payday loan back from 2005. I have never had a payday loan from anyone so that was a red flag already then they got my work # which I have no idea how they received that information. They asked for me to pay a settlement on this loan that I have no clue about. I asked them to send me a copy of my original loan documentation and he stated that he was going to pull all of this information if I am refusing to pay the loan which was like $2,135. This is really crazy how people take the time to do this to people and the sad part is how many people gets scared and pay them. I told him to go on and send the legal paperwork and I would suffer the consequences.
I've been having this number call nonstop. They didnt even have my cell number so they somehow got ahold of my mothers and kept calling her to reach me, but refuse to give any information. Guys name is Robert Williams.
He calls me at work almost every day and harasses whoever answers the phone calling them "unfit" employees and demands to talk to my boss, which is a joke. They've even told him that I dont work here anymore and he tells them they are lying. What a psycho.
