Received a robocall from 714-923-7379 telling me there was a "serious matter" with my bank account. I have excellent credit, don't owe anybody money, and have an excellent banking relationship with the same bank for over 25 years. Next, I get a recording saying the person I "need" to speak to is not available at the moment, but to please leave my name and number. Yeah, right. KLICK!
I receive automated calls from this number referencing a case number but they do not identify themselves. They prompt me to press 1 to speak to someone. William answers the line offering to help. I tell him I'm calling to find out what this is regarding. He hangs up.
