Asked to speak to the person who does the hiring - I asked what it was regarding.  He said it was about hiring for the IT department.  I said we were fine. thank you.  He boldly asked if I were the decision maker?   I said no... he insisted that he speak with the decision maker.  I asked if it was hiring him and he said no, it was for IT services.  I repeated we're fine and hung up while he was still talking .....
