Receiving calls daily at least 4-7 times from a unknown caller named Barrack (I don't know this person and will not answer these calls from this Orange County jail facility (I have pressed the opt (9) and opt (1) given by the Recorded message to block these calls, although pressing the opt (9) or (1) has not blocked this caller he still is bi-passing this phone system / this is a ongoing problem this caller is harassing and a nuisance

Inmate asking me to "pay his books" from the OC Jail. Just ignore the calls. Just a bunch of lowlife blacks and Mexicans desperately calling people for money so they can buy a honeybun.
