I've gotten annoying calls from this place too. I've called the same number back at least 5 times and left messages to ask them to stop. Finally after another call today, I called back and someone answered. It was a girl named Andrea and I just went off. She explained to me that her phone has been compromised by caller ID theft and I didn't believe her. But when she explained to me where she works and what she does I realized there's no way this girl could be making these calls. She works for a non profit that helps kids of abuse. She told her tech manager about the issue and they're working on fixing the problem. All though I found out who's on this number, it sucks because the F***er who's actually making the calls is still out there!

Got lots of calss from Preve tion "Center. Had to ans phone bec of business he said garden grove something ce ter hard to underrstand deep voice w like illiteracy.. Said no call no take off list please dont call again. Not sure he knew what i was takkng about. Could be burglers or home invasion dudes from l a. Make police aware.
These people call frequently. We don't bother picking up the phone; we simply assume it's a scam. We don't buy over the phone, we don't give personal information over the phone and we NEVER let any of these people inside the house (you know, the old home repair scam). Even if they claim to be a charitable organizations, it's probably a bogus or crooked one.
