Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Out of Area" which usually means telemarketer/scammer since every legitimate caller I know leaves a message. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all were blocked for a person or business name and the only information was a general location of Huntington Beach, California using a service provider of Verizon California Inc-CA which is becoming a favorite for scammers. This is definitely a scammer that is either spoofing numbers and/or using a VoIP System to phish for personal information while running some scam. A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking a trace. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use and possibly farming out numbers too.

NOTE: When callers with the an "Out of Area" CID and it is not out of area usually means that this is a scammer. In fact, almost all callers with the CID of "Out of Area" seem to be scammers.
