Who called from 7149830305

This number has called me several times leaving a message that he is with the Treasury dept and that I have an arrest warrent out for back taxes. So I call, and this man answers the phone. He gives me his ID number, and when I ask him for details, he says for 2011 and 2013 I owe taxes. When I tell him not t o call again he says "the cops are coming to your house in 45 minutes, and then you can figure it out in jail". Of course no cops, but the number calls again in 90 minutes with the same message.

A person called twice today: the first time I didn't answer, the second time I wasn't home and he left a message similar to what Kathleen above mentioned.  Of course, it is a hoax and an attempt probably to get some money.  He said his name was Steve Martin and the Treasury Department was going to pursue me because of a federal criminal offense.  He had a foreign accent.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

I've received 4 calls from "Steve Martin" warning me of pending enforcement action by the US Treasury Dept.  Thanks for posting this as a bogus number associated with a scam.
