Now no one is actually going to pick up, it defaults over to "sorry no one is available, please leave your info so we can call you to schedule an appointment"

WHY DO THIS YOU ASK YOURSELF.......
WHAT HAPPENS IS THESE JERKS WILL SPEND ALOT OF TIME CALLING THESE #'S BACK ONLY TO GET NOTHING. YOU END UP WASTING THEIR VALUEABLE TIME.
Here's what happens when you call them back: Your phone number gets registered with the scammer as a valid number, a live number, with a potential sucker who is willing to talk to them. Even if you don't deal with the original caller, your number is a valuable commodity on the Scam Market and can be sold to other scammers. Calling back an unknown number can also rack up unexpected charges on your phone bill. Never call back.
