Received call yesterday from this number, male individual asked for the male or female head of household. I answered you have him, he hung up.

I had 4 missed calls on my caller id and they never leave a message.  When I blocked my number and called back, I reached a recording stating "you have reached our sales and marketing department" at which point I hung up.
