Who called from 7152042811

just got a call from (715) 204-2811. I answered & they hung up after a few seconds of silence. It didn't sound like a computer disconnect, sounded like a person hung up.

CALL WAS TO HOME PHONE, (CELL BASED), BUT DISCONNECTED UPON ANSWERING

Answered the phone and was told they would be in the area replacing windows and energy star standards before I cut him short. Telemarketers wasting peoples time.

Calls day after day. No talking or messages are left. They just keep calling. Probably scammers.

I have received numbers calls from this number and I've always allowed my voice mail to pick up the call...of course it's always a hang-up!  I'm sick of this number calling my home which is on the NO CALL LIST!
