Got a call from this number and a gal started a spiel about donating at several levels to aid the Police Department. She started at $175 and went down from there. I just told her I don't do donations based on phone calls and hung up while she was trying to explain another way to pay. Her caller ID was for Wausau, WI. I live in Merrill, WI.
