These people will call 5-6 times in one evening. I did answer and they said they were a focus group offering money if you qualified. They asked for my husband who recently was in a focus group, so I allowed them to proceed. Then they asked who we voted for. When we did not say the current President, they lost interest and said we did not qualify. Now the next evening they are calling again. 3x in the last 30 minutes. They won't go away. We had to unplug our phone.

Similar problem. The company associated with this phone number is Luce Research Group. Latest development is that they have been reported to the FTC and the FCC. Harassment like this should be, and is, against the law. They completely ignored the Federal Do Not Call List and my requests I made (by calling their number) to be taken off their call list. Their Do Not Call Registry form that supposedly could be filled out right on their website is "fixed" so it does not function. It shows "Failed to add your number. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method." I tried filling out their form several times--always entering my phone number, but the same error message appeared every time.
