Google: Resort Vacation Bureau in Rice Lake Wisconsin; it's a travel agency, you might have accidentally signed up for it through like a mall 'drawing' or something. All those mall 'drawings' are just a way of making money off of people giving their personal information, then the travel agency purchased that information from whatever company it was that was collecting it from the drawings, it's all in the fine print. I don't think anybody actually wins anything except telemarketing and mail fliers.
