Who called from 7154278996

Birdie  I got a call on Oct. 14  at 9:42 am . a man answered and said he was calling from wells Fargo to lower the interest on my credit card.

Left no message but I doid get the lower interest rate message a couple days ago, probably the same solicitor...

They hung up after two or three rings-

Spam caller.. Reduce credit card interest rate... Same old cheap scam, hare-brained lies... Don't fall for it, or them, invite them to.

This number kept calling and every time I answered the phone, the person would stay silent in the background, then hang up. This very annoying. This is my cell phone.
